Every putter has a story...

Rigo Putters works and develops its products carefully, refining and evolving them, listening to the valuable advice of established golf professionals. The mechanical part is entrusted to Cusfap, and it is with them that there is a great interchange of solutions and choices to optimize processing, until a perfect object is achieved. The development is followed with the suggestions of the Guerisoli Golf School, specifically with our friend Marco who tested the first RP-01 Frame model for us and found it balanced and performing right away

the design

Phase 1
I wanted to give my putters a strong personality by drawing inspiration from sinuous shapes that connect ball and player fluidly, creating an immediate feeling.
Phase 2
Going from the idea to the finished object without distorting anything is a key concept for me, optimising while staying true to the initial idea.So is for RP-01 Frame.
Phase 3
Futuristic and linear design, recognisable, simple but not obvious. This is the philosophy I like to follow for my putters. The pursuit of beauty, everywhere.
Phase 4
Materials and colours are combined with a purposeful research to make each putter unique, as personal as the player who wants it in his bag.

the process

Phase 1
The state-of-the-art 5-axis milling machines are ready to accomodate the workpiece, after hours of programming it is time to go from a block of metal to a work of art
Phase 2
The process continues by removing material, machining becomes more difficult and the workpiece is brought to a unique finishing perfection.
Phase 3
tolerances are checked and the machine is prepared for the next workpiece
Phase 4
Surface treatments are performed to ensure durability and aesthetic effect. It is now ready to be assembled strictly by hand.

the Feeling and test

Phase 1
During testing, we gave great importance to the alignment. The lines are customisable, the double top and bottom line allows the putter to be aligned "square"to the ground for perfect impact and to minimise errors
Phase 2
We used CAPTO to test the features and collect useful data.
Phase 3
TRACKMAN was our faithful ally in the design and pre-test phase to collect all useful data to improve RP-01 Frame. Even when striking the ball off-centre we managed to minimise the loss of direction and distance.
Phase 4
The hands and sensitivity of PGA professional Marco Guerisoli provided valuable advice and the final verdict was positive. The collaboration continues inorder to keep the quality at the highest level, envisage further improvements and think about the future with other models...

OUR MISSION

Unique design

Attention to detail and workmanship that make the Putter unique.
Attention to aesthetics and technique give an enormous sense of confidence

The design is fluid, everything seems to flow from the ball to your hands and vice versa.
You’ve hit the greens, the tension drops and it’s time to focus on the shots that really matter and can change your score for the better…
You pull your RP – 01 Frame out of the bag knowing that already to the
eye it appeals to you, it’s beautiful and technical at the same time, it gives you a sense of confidence and, you’re sure it won’t betray you.
The design is fluid, everything seems to flow from the ball to your hands and vice versa, which gives a precise feel with a moderately metallic sound. As you drive onto the ball, no distractions, few but obvious references for a perfect line of play.
The billet aluminum frame is anodized to protect it and to avoid annoying reflections. It is a sculpture with embedded inside it an insert in different materials, making it a jewel.
